The Under Secretary of Policies in Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina, took a walk through Mirgor and Famar installations, along with officials from the Ministry of Industry. He highlighted the joint working between government and company.
RIO GRANDE.- The Secretary of Productive Innovation and the Undersecretary of Local Development and SMEs ( PyME,) Diego Cano and Juan Soria respectively, lead a tour in the companies of the Rio Grande Industrial Park, in which the under secretary of Policies in Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina, Fernando Peirano participated. The officials visited Famar and Mirgor, where they toured the production plants that both companies have in the Industrial Park of that city. Thus, Peirano could know the productive processes which are carried out, in addittion to raise the importance of working together that the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina carries out with the Ministry of Industry of Tierra del Fuego ( Ministerio de Industria fueguino. ) The Undersecretariat of Local Development and SMEs expressed their happiness because of their visit to Famar and Mirgor, ensuring that the national officer, who travelled accompannied by a professional of his technical team, “was pleasantly surprised to find the will and commitment of work between the public and private sectors of the province”. Thus, the articulation among the government, municipality and other provincial entities was highlighted, such as the Universidad Nacional de Tierra del Fuego (UNTDF) in order to progress in the joint work in a Joint Body for the reorganization of the Industrial Park, understanding that the involvement of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Argentina along with the work we have done at the province, will allow us to progress in the development capacities of Tierra del Fuego. “The basic agreement with the Nation is to achieve a productive development in which the generation and use of resources are to improve competitiveness”, the Secretariat stressed, considering that “to have the resources available to the Province is important, but so is to know how to use them”. Finally, it was emphasized that, along with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina “we are working on a project to provide more tools for development and innovation industries of Tierra del Fuego”.
